Store Policy

Cut-off Time 

Placing or pre-ordered plants is every Wednesday, 5:00 pm.

Cancellation Fees 

Our Customer can cancel their pre-ordered plants for free if we are notified 3 days before the deliver date, otherwise, 30% penalized fee will be imposed. This is to ensure the delivery preparation and quality of the plants. 

Delivery 

Plants will be delivered every Saturday. Delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer. This can be through our courier or the customer can book his/her own courier to pick-up the orders.
